Bridget teaches yoga classes in the Vinyasa, Hatha, Remedial, Relaxation
and Partner Yoga Styles catering to all levels of yoga practice from
beginners to advanced levels. Classes are held at your workplace, hotel
or house in and around Oriental Bay.
All yoga equipment is provided.
Group yoga classes:
Bridget offers group classes at your workplace, home, hotel,
on the beach ,in the park or at her home studio in Oriental Bay.
All equipment can be provided and all levels of practice are catered
for.
5 for $400 or $100 casual - single
